2023 Stewardship Campaign

2023 will be a time of great dependance on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  To accomplish this, we are beginning a Gratitude Quest! We wish to express our thanks to our Lord for all He has done in our lives and church. Our Gratitude Quest begins with our membership commitment.  On the road to the treasures of God, we will focus on our Prayers, Presence, Gifts, Service, and Witness. Future of the Church

The United Methodist Church has been going through a separation, First Church DeLand has explored what this might mean for us and will be voting on which direction we want to go. In 2021 we had representatives from both the United Methodist Church as well as someone representing the Global Methodist Church come to talk to us and answer questions.
