Rev. Therrell is the President of the WCA, which is a group within the UMC that helped spearhead the launch of the new Global Methodist Church denomination. At the time that Rev. Therrell spoke at our church, he was the President of the Florida chapter of the WCA, he is now the President of the whole WCA and an ordained GMC pastor.
